Supportive Supervised Visitation

(Launching this Fall)

We take a holistic approach, integrating emotional readiness, strengths-based coaching, and post-visit reflection to ensure every interaction supports the child’s best interest.

A Child-Centered Approach Rooted in Healing,

Support, and Accountability

At Beacon House of Hope, we believe visitation should do more than meet a requirement—it should support connection, safety, and growth. Our Supportive Supervised Visitation Program is intentionally designed to help families rebuild trust, restore communication, and create meaningful moments in a supportive, structured environment.

Our Visitation Process Includes:

  1. Intake & Orientation

Each parent or caregiver participates in a private intake meeting to learn about our expectations, values, and commitment to supporting both the child and the adult through the process.

  1. Connection Coaching (First Visit Only)

New clients are required to arrive 30 minutes before their first scheduled visit to participate in a Pre-Visit Connection Coaching session. This helps parents emotionally prepare and set child-centered intentions.

  1. Supervised Visit

Visits are held in a welcoming, family-friendly environment with trained staff present to ensure safety, monitor interactions, and provide gentle support as needed.

  1. Post-Visit Debrief (Required After Every Visit)

Following each visit, all clients participate in a 15-minute coaching debrief to reflect on the experience, receive feedback, and prepare for continued growth and success.

Cost Per Visit

Each visit—including coaching and supervision—is $75 per hour. Payment is due before the visit begins.
